We take an initial fee to cover the cost of the professionals time, please note all consultation fees are redeemable off future appointment bookings.

Due to care quality commission and insurance we do not treatment anyone under the age of 21.

Please note we do not offer refunds on cancellations after the 48hr notice period, and we do charge the 100% appointment fee for same day cancellations/no shows. If you can not make your appointment please call us as soon as possible.
