Notice Period & Fees

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and any deposit paid will be forfeited.

Sickness & Emergencies

We understand that unexpected circumstances, including illness, may arise. If you are unwell, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible.

If you are feeling unwell, please contact us immediately to discuss your options.

In cases of contagious illnesses, we strongly advise rescheduling your appointment to protect the well-being of our staff and clients.

We may require medical proof at our discretion if a short-notice cancellation due to illness is requested.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust your treatment time accordingly.

In some cases, a full cancellation fee may apply if the treatment cannot be completed in the remaining time.
